What we need:
This is a 6 monthcontract with the possibility of an extension for another 6 months. We are seeking a mid to senior level technical recruiter that will own the recruiting process within the Digital & Technology Team:
Leadthe strategy to recruit technicalcandidates in limited talent pools, including driving a business plan, building key competitive research,networking and direct sourcing
Engage key business partners in order todevelop relationships andunderstand their talent needs
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to hiring managers and candidates
Identify creative ways to attract and recruit hard to fill roles
Support daily recruiting operationsand identify areas for continued improvement
Increase our pipeline of diverse talent:
Develop and manage diversity recruitment strategiesincluding new ways to reach diverse communities and enhance pipeline
Help craft our story with a fresh perspectiveto change the way we recruit
Research and analyze key ideas and improvements to support strategic projects
Revamp job descriptions to best represent our jobs and teams, as necessary
Other projects as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 3years of experience in full life cycle technical recruitingfocusing on software engineers, site reliability, product owners, etc. positions for a tech company, start up or an organization whose tech function has scaled significantly
Experience with leading edge sourcing techniques for hard to find technology talent
Superior organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, team orientation and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated and directed; ability to collaborate is a must, but you will be autonomous and comfortable working independently
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with a SaaS or PaaS company
- E-commerce experience
- Recruiting agency or IT staffing firm experience
- National recruiting experience in different areas of the US
