Technology is at the centre of KFCs future growth strategy locally and globally.TheSupply Chain Manager- Technologyis instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with our technology partners, negotiating the best outcomes, holding them accountable to KPIs, and partnering with them to grow the KFC brand.

In this position, you will:

  • Supplier management and driving supplier KPI’s. Regularly review supplier performance and work with suppliers to improve service levels.

  • Develop and foster strong business relationships with suppliers to deliver continuous and sustainable benefits to the business.

  • Leadcontract negotiations for all IT suppliers

  • Quarterly Business Reviews, WIP meetings and active supplier engagement to prioritise KFC and deeply understand their business model

  • Work with IT team on commercial models

  • Continually develop industry knowledge of products & services in portfolio.

  • Provide regular progress reports to Supply Council, Tech Panel, IT Steering committee and other stakeholders as needed.

An ideal candidate will possess the following…

  • Tertiary degree level qualification essential, withSupply Chain,Business,or similar specialism

  • 5 + years Supply Chain experience in IT Procurement

  • Excellent inter-personal skills

  • Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.

  • Sound understanding of restaurant operations

  • Ability to see future possibilities and translate them into strategies.

  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others
