Contract Manager

Business Overview

• Based in Singapore. Geographically, we cover 16 markets - from Mongolia to New Zealand. 
• Together, the North and South Asia Pizza Hut regions cover an existing estate of more than 3,300 restaurants. In terms of annual asset actions, we build more than 150 new restaurants and execute 300+ remodels.

Responsibilities

• Manage franchise documentation such as franchise agreements and renewal agreements, tracking renewals and expiries and track signing of agreements 
• Assist with annual disclosure filings, other regulatory filings and updates of franchise policies and standards 
• Work directly with functions to review and negotiate standard form contracts such as vendor contracts and trademark licence agreements 
• Support legal director in legal projects as requested

Requirements 

• Excellent attention to detail, and able to meet timelines
• Prior experience preparing and negotiating template form contracts 
• Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as development, finance and operations) and able to communicate status of contracts
