Supply Chain Data & Tech Transformation Lead

LOCATIONS: Plano

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall Supply Chain functional strategy development and delivery as a key part of our Global Supply Chain Transformation team 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Supply Chain digitization strategy which aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the Supply Chain transformation
  • Partner with the wider Supply Chain transformation team to identify opportunities for digital innovation and implement solutions which streamline and automate processes to drive functional performance and visibility
  • Lead the creation of a Supply Chain data and technology roadmap to drive supply chain efficiency in all areas of the value chain, identify potential vendors and lead business alignment 
  • Develop and implement data driven Supply Chain performance metrics to measure performance against key targets and identify areas for improvement with automated and regular reporting cadence
  • Partner with Yum! and KFC Operations and Technology teams to understand opportunities for Supply Chain to align projects or systems with existing and future restaurant technology 
  • Lead cross-functional amplification of existing sources of data which can be used to improve Supply Chain decision making and partner with data team to develop business case for change where existing data is not available
  • Drive adoption of new Supply Chain processes and technology with regional Supply Chain and Franchise teams through effective communication and influence

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in supply chain management, consulting, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain management concepts, processes, and tools, including procurement, planning and logistics
  • Seasoned strategic leader with experience in functional transformation projects
  • Proven experience leading digitization initiatives and implementing digital technologies
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels across the business 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
