About the Role
Strategic and technically adept product manager with deep expertise in building and scaling content platforms, systems, and services that power personalized, modular, and dynamic experiences. Over 7 years of experience translating complex business goals into actionable product roadmaps, functional requirements, and scalable architectures across CMS, content APIs, and localization tooling. Adept at working with engineering, UX, and data teams to design structured content models, taxonomy frameworks, and integration workflows that support omnichannel delivery. Strong background in content automation, personalization logic, and SEO/ASO infrastructure. Passionate about enabling cross-functional content operations through system thinking, platform scalability, and a user-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Define and champion a future-focused content and organic growth roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer journeys.
• Partner with product, UX, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver personalized content and offers across web, mobile, and in-product surfaces.
• Translate product and growth roadmaps into scalable content strategies that impact user acquisition and conversion.
Content Systems, Tooling & Delivery
• Lead the development of content systems and workflows that support personalized delivery at scale.
• Convert strategic needs into functional requirements for content tools and CMS enhancements—partnering with engineering, product ops, or vendors.
• Own the roadmap for content capabilities, such as modular content delivery, dynamic offer frameworks, localization infrastructure, and measurement systems.
AI-Powered Personalization & Efficiency
• Integrate generative and predictive AI into content workflows—from user segmentation and ideation to production and delivery.
• Partner with data and product teams to build logic-based personalization systems that serve content dynamically based on user behavior, context, or intent.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and experimentation frameworks to increase efficiency without sacrificing brand or relevance.
Search Engine & App Store Optimization
• Lead SEO and ASO strategy and execution, using data to inform content direction and discoverability.
• Conduct search and intent analyses to surface content opportunities aligned with acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with product, design, and localization teams to improve app store performance globally.
Requirements
• 5–7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital growth, or marketing roles focused on scalable user engagement.
• Experience working across teams to deliver personalized content or offers using modular systems, logic-based rules, or dynamic targeting.
• Working knowledge of SEO and ASO tactics and how they support broader growth initiatives.
• Ability to turn content needs into tooling, automation, or capability requirements.
• Familiarity with content and marketing platforms (CMS, CDP, SEO/ASO tools, A/B testing tools, analytics platforms).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across marketing, product, and data teams.
• Comfortable leveraging or experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar in a strategic, ethical way.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SaaS, mobile-first, or consumer growth environments.
• Familiarity with dynamic content frameworks and personalization tools (e.g., CMS APIs, feature flagging, CDPs, Contentful).
• Comfortable designing or influencing content systems (modularity, tagging, taxonomy, delivery rules).
• Strong analytical mindset; able to prioritize based on performance data and strategic value.

Salary Range: $122,100 – $160,000+ bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
