We are looking for our Associate Manager, New Business Development who will be responsible for operationalizing new growth programs and strategic initiatives with a specific focus on new Business channels.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Follows a structured process for identifying and structing new strategic partnerships and pilots. Creating Operating processes and maintaining project tracker, defining KPI’s, stakeholder management, tracking results and communicate updates/performance to all stake holders.
  • Strong understanding of the different operating models; Good understanding of distinct set-up, systems, and logistics requirements for each.
  • Build testing Power BI dashboard, define key metrics, forecast, and analyze P&Ls, track results and communicate performance to all testing stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally to build activation plans surrounding in-market pilots.
  • Develop Market and Competitive Intelligence: Define and share insights.
  • Flexible and willing to support team in ad-hoc projects and complete requested activities on-time and independently once tasks are discussed and aligned upon.

  • 4-Year college degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in the field of retail operations, SCM
  • Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and collaboration skills with an ability to work effectively with people at all levels and across pyramids
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to take the right partners at the right time, influence without authority, and to collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to identify problems, generate solutions, evaluate alternatives, and lead team to make recommendations
  • Ability to develop and execute a plan with high degree of independence
  • Ability to deliver great results while simultaneously managing several projects
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively, and manage your time to meet goals/objectives
  • Ability to lead problem solving sessions for larger groups with a wide range of stakeholders
