Franchise Business Manager

Description: Serve as business coach to support medium-large Franchisees in achieving superior operations within their organizations. Provide operational support that drives strong execution and enable best in class operations that eliminate bad experiences. Establish strong business partnerships with select system franchisees that support and enable continued growth. Drive influence with franchise partners to yield adoption of PH tools, utilize available resources to fully engage in the brand strategy while simultaneously helping them grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaches franchise organizations to achieve excelling results in the areas of CHAMPS (B2B), HQSC, FSCC, Speed of Service, People measures, and sales/profits.
  • Successfully execute success routines to manage time and impact.
  • Influences franchise organizations to leverage and implement key process and tools to achieve targeted results.
  • Serves as a business partner to franchise owners to elevate their operations and continue to grow with the Pizza Hut brand.
  • EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
  • Pizza Hut has instituted a COVID-19 vaccination requirement for health and safety reasons.   • Strong field operations experience in retail/restaurant organization preferred, with strong ability to execute.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7+ years of operations leadership experience in the field or related area (FBM, junior FBC, RC, Restaurant Readiness or equivalent).
