Manage special projects, meeting planning, budgets, expense reports, calendars, and recognition for the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Assist the Digital & Technology Team with meetings, catering, supplies, invoices, correspondence, and act as a liaison with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CDO and CTO with various meetings, correspondence, and confidential projects (20%).
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and expense reports (20%).
- Review, track, and code invoices and budgets for the department (5%).
- Coordinate team-building programs to build and align the team, manage department meetings, drive culture initiatives, and provide event planning as requested. Coordinate recognition and performance awards (15%).
- Consolidate, edit, and distribute various department correspondence, reports, and presentations (5%).
- Handle mail distribution, faxes, copying, and maintain confidential files, records, and record databases (5%).
- Assist the FIT Department with day-to-day requests (20%).
- Manage office supplies for the department – maintain inventory and order supplies as needed or requested (5%).
- Act as a trusted partner to KFC LT and KFC LT Executive Admins (5%).
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Education/Certifications: High School/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 4 – 5 years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Possess a high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, follow-through, and time management skills are essential.

Salary Range: $63,400 to $74,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
