You will play a key role in equipping KFC team members with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. Your mission will be to drive success across new product launches, process improvements, and system initiatives by crafting, planning, and implementing innovative training programs that up-skill our teams and build new strategic capabilities.
Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:
Developing and delivering impactful training solutions
- Drive operational excellence by designing and executing role-based training programs that support new product launches, promotions, and operational process changes.
- Elevate training effectiveness by developing effective Train-the-Trainer materials and leading master training sessions to ensure seamless field execution.
- Support digital transformation by creating online learning content that enhances team member onboarding, skill development, and role-specific capabilities.
Managing training execution and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure successful training rollouts by partnering with Marketing and Operations to develop engaging content that aligns with the KFC calendar pipeline, including products, promos, and campaigns.
- Drive adoption and mastery of new technology by creating and implementing training programs for major system enhancements, such as KDS and other digital tools.
- Oversee vendor relationships and training material distribution by managing budgets, coordinating fulfillment, and ensuring resources are accessible to all locations.
Measuring impact and driving continuous improvement
- Optimize training effectiveness by evaluating program performance, gathering feedback, and implementing data-driven enhancements to improve learning outcomes.
- Strengthen restaurant operations by leading focus groups, analyzing insights, and continuously refining training strategies to maximize business impact.
- Enhance team engagement by fostering a culture of learning, coaching cross-functional partners on best practices, and driving innovation in training methodologies.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferably in HR, Training, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s.
- Prior experience in HR training, specifically within the QSR industry, preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong team player that contributes to a positive and productive team environment; able to build strong relationships with teammates and stakeholders to deliver on day-to-day mission.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload and schedules effectively.
- Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
