About the Job:

The Health & Wellbeing Manager is responsible for leading the modernization of U.S. benefit programs with a focus on automation, innovation, and an employee-first experience. In this high-impact role, the Health & Wellbeing Manager will coach a dynamic team, streamline operations, and elevate how we care for our people. The position will play a pivotal role in ensuring readiness for future transformation of service delivery and operational excellence in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. 

Salary Range: 

$122,100 – $143,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities: 

  • Program Administration: Lead day-to-day delivery of US health and wellbeing programs, ensuring high-quality administration, effective cost and budgeting, managing escalations, ensuring compliance of all programs, and maintaining strong vendor relationships by ensuring strong service level agreements and governance.
  • Communications & Experience Innovation: Partner with the internal communications and People Tech teams to explore and implement innovative communication tools to develop and execute modern, personal, and impactful communications across all touchpoints that improve employee understanding and engagement
  • Team Leadership: Coach, support, and develop a high-performing, commercially minded team. Build capabilities in execution quality, innovation, and communication, while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
  • Process Improvement, Modernization, & Automation: Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to streamline and automate processes using technology and best practices. Focus on simplifying administration, improving scalability, and elevating the employee experience. Lead documentation efforts and set standards to support scalability and operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, IT, Communication, and other internal/external teams to ensure alignment and integrated service delivery within the broader organizational framework

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in benefits delivery, administration and operations, Total Rewards, or HR leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams to high performance in a matrixed environment in a people-first way
  • Proven track record of process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the employee experience
  • Vendor management, including contract negotiation and SLA oversight
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills to drive multiple projects, prioritization, and to identify trends for actionable insight
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally
