About the Job:

As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Health and Welfare Analyst oversees the administration of health and welfare benefit programs for all U.S. brands—impacting team members at every level, from restaurant employees to executives. In this role, the analyst will manage day-to-day benefit operations including enrollments, issue resolution, vendor partnerships, and compliance filings. The position plays a lead role during open enrollment, driving employee education, and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. Salary Range: $78,300 – $92,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration including enrollments, life events, and system updates in Oracle, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and issue resolution, partnering with vendors and the healthcare coordinator to address escalations and provide exceptional support to employees and retirees.
  • Lead Open Enrollment planning and execution, including vendor coordination, system testing, and configuration to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and deliver employee-facing communications and education, such as guides, webinars, and info sessions, while resolving post-enrollment issues promptly.
  • Identify and implement process improvements while managing administrative projects that enhance benefits operations and employee experience.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple teams across the organization to identify and resolve healthcare-related issues
  • Ability to handle issues involving sensitivity, confidentiality and legal exposure
