About the Corporate Communications Department & Community Impact Analyst Role

Salary Range$­­76,000 to $89,300 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Benefits: Employees (and their eligible family members) may enroll in the following types of insurance coverage: medical, dental, vision, legal, and accidental death and dismemberment, as well as FSA/HSA (depending on enrolled medical plan). Yum! also provides short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. Employees may enroll in our 401(k) plan. Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining program, reporting, and employee giving databases, including overall program and reporting calendar, providing proactive notification of upcoming deadlines, payments, and key events. 
  • Coordinating on-going programs including disaster relief response, employee volunteerism, and employee giving. 
  • Monitoring and analyzing programs to identify trends, opportunities and other insights.
  • Assisting in community partnership assessment, development and management. 
  • Developing easily understood, timely, and engaging communications plans for employee volunteerism, employee giving opportunities, and program impact. 
  • Collaborating closely with diverse teams and stakeholders, inside and outside Yum!, to ensure successful delivery of programs.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Nonprofit Management, or Project Management preferred + 5 years experience in nonprofit or Foundation administration, communications or marketing; on-the-job experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Ability to distill messages and processes, utilizing multiple ways to achieve the desired outcome across various channels or platforms
  • Strong writing and relationship building skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products 
  • Organic learner – always growing new skills and staying on the cutting edge of what is new
