As the Product Manager for BMU Enablement, you will support the strategy and delivery of foundational data capabilities for our Brands and markets. This role focuses on building cross-brand data warehousing, BI, and reporting solutions. You will ensure these solutions are implemented effectively, aligned with the needs of business stakeholders in Yum, brands, and markets, and built with reusability, modularity, and design thinking in mind to maximize impact and sustainability. This is an execution-heavy role requiring deep coordination across business and technical stakeholders. You will act as a connecting rod between technical capability teams such as engineering and architecture, and cross-functional partners like PMO and User Experience designers, ensuring alignment from vision through implementation. Additionally, you will ensure alignment from a governance perspective, helping enact and uphold data standards within local implementations, in partnership with governance and data strategy stakeholders. You’ll also be responsible for supporting communication and change management across brands, markets, and Yum.

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
