As Sr. Manager, Development for Saucy! by KFC, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint, driving new store growth, and creating development strategies that shape the future of our brand. You’ll collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to create dynamic market expansion plans that ensure sustainable and profitable restaurant growth, and work directly with executives to ensure every move aligns with Saucy!’s long-term success. In addition to deep expertise in construction, you’ll leverage a full spectrum understanding of operations, financial modeling, and brand development to optimize every project.

  • Supercharge new restaurant openings by managing a powerhouse development pipeline, overseeing high-impact launches, and delivering expert support to partners within allocated capital budget. 
  • Modernize & innovate by rolling out sleek, digital-enabled restaurant models that amplify efficiency, guest experience, and brand swagger.
  • Master of the Build – Oversee the entire-End to-End construction process from site approval to grand opening, ensuring every Saucy! location is built for success.
  • Budget Boss – Manage construction budgets with precision, optimizing costs without compromising on quality or speed.
  • Execution Excellence – Keep projects on time, on budget, and on brand, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to bring each new restaurant to life.
  • Problem-Solver & Decision Maker – Anticipate roadblocks, navigate challenges, and drive solutions that keep development moving forward.

  • Protect profitability & brand strength by monitoring performance at all locations and executing strategic solutions to keep the system thriving.
  • Ensure compliance & governance by keeping every development move on-brand, on-point, and in sync with approval standards and growth objectives.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Real Estate, Business, or Finance preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in construction development, real estate, or multi-unit growth strategy.
  • Proven experience in market planning, site selection, and partner relationship management.
