About the Job:

Taco Bell is a leading marketer that executes world-class partnerships and sponsorship programs across Sports and Entertainment. The brand is looking to expand the team and bring in a Media Sponsorship Specialist whose focus will be on driving and executing our unique and innovative media and partner programs across our Sports (MLB, NBA, College Football, Big 3), Entertainment and Culture sponsorships.

You will be responsible for managing a leading sports marketing and media agency, as well as external partners, in order to achieve our marketing objectives. You will work directly with the Director of Paid Media + Partnership on the Media Activation team for managing a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and trial of Taco Bell’s products. The successful candidate will also draw upon strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of sponsorship programs & activations.

The Day-to-Day:

  • In coordination with agency partners, develop and manage the growth and strategy of existing and new sponsorship and partnership programs.
  • Proactively develop innovative ideas to add value to partnerships.
  • Responsible for crafting agency briefs, evaluating concepts, routing creative, and providing feedback
  • Oversee the direction, coordination, implementation and execution of all sponsorships.
  • Follows up on all related workstreams to ensure coordination between the various teams/activities and timely completion of tasks.
  • Serve as primary point person for Taco Bell’s sponsors and licensed relationship partners, building relationships on behalf of the brand, as well as main point of contact for all workstream teams and internal cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee partner contracts and fulfillment.
  • Build relationships with key contacts at all levels and across a variety of functions to help advance the partnership. Work with internal work-stream managers to collaborate on sponsorship activation and execute ideas
  • Develop measurement plans for programs to assess performance and optimize execution
  • Prepare formal documentation for projects including program overviews, recap summaries, agency POV, budgets, and sell in presentations
  • Manage budgets and finances related to programs

Is This You?

  • Minimum 5years partnership and media sponsorship experience across sports, entertainment and/or culture marketing. Have a passion for sports, entertainment and culinary verticals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead interdepartmental project. Strong program and event management, organizational and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker and fast learner, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple projects and meeting time-sensitive goals and deliverables.
  • Experience in coordination with proven ability to communicate direction in order to achieve first class executional excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver, experience in content development or content strategy a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree not required, but a plus
  • Background in creative ideation & development a plus.
  • Agency management experience a plus
