Yum! Brands is seeking a Director of Strategic Global Pricing to lead pricing strategy, analytics, and execution for the Global Pricing Center of Excellence (COE). This role will be responsible as the in-house consulting firm by flexing our pricing capability, driving standardization, automation, and scalability. This leader will play a pivotal role in developing advanced pricing tools, launching proof-of-concept models, and transitioning Yum!’s pricing operations into a sustainable, subscription-based model. The initial focus will be on Pizza Hut & the Americas before scaling globally.

Key Responsibilities
1. Continue Scaling Yum!’s In-House Pricing Capability
Eliminate reliance on external consultants by enhancing our methodologies, tools, and internal expertise for pricing optimization.
Lead Pizza Hut’s pricing strategy, aligning with business goals and franchisee needs.
Develop and execute a global pricing operating model, standardized for scale across markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact and client partner for all Americas-based pricing engagements, working in partnership with the global team to support (individual contributor)
Partner with Director of MMM to cross-sell analytic solutions across existing engagements
2. Develop & Implement Pricing Technology Solutions
Phase 1: Enhance existing pricing models and infrastructure, creating a roadmap for automation.
Phase 2: Integrate pricing analytics into Yum!’s digital products, partnering with product team on the roadmap and aligning with BMU priorities.
Launch and scale a global pricing tool, starting with a proof-of-concept.
Partner with franchisees and brand leaders to drive adoption of new pricing tools and strategies.
Oversee ongoing performance tracking and optimization, ensuring pricing decisions drive revenue and profitability growth.
3. Operationalize Pricing as a Subscription-Based Model
Transition pricing capabilities into a repeatable, scalable, and standardized subscription service for franchisees.
Focus on steady-state run rate models, ensuring pricing insights are automated and not tailored as one-off projects.
Work closely with BYTE to embed pricing intelligence into Yum!’s digital ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
8+ years in pricing strategy, revenue management, or analytics.
Proven ability to develop pricing models, implement analytics-driven pricing strategies, and scale solutions globally.
Experience leading pricing transformation initiatives, particularly replacing consultant-driven work with internal capabilities.
Strong understanding of pricing analytics, menu optimization, and revenue management.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence franchisees and brand leaders.
Preferred:
- Experience in QSR strongly preferred
- Experience working in a franchise model
- Familiarity with AI-driven pricing models, automation, and digital pricing tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.

Salary Range: $155,700 to $201,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
