Ecommerce Analyst
LOCATIONS: Louisville
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Ecommerce Analyst owns the execution of our conversion rate optimization strategy, driving sales performance across all of KFC’s digital channels. In this role, you will utilize your skills as both a marketer and an analyst, using data to consistently improve KFC’s digital experiences. You will be responsible for optimizing our platforms through multivariate testing, large feature releases, and close collaboration with both our traditional and digital marketing teams. You will also work closely with our operations teams to ensure that success in the digital space translates to success in our restaurants, and you will have the opportunity to inform key business decisions as we roll out new customer-facing technologies and expand our digital footprint.
COMPENSATION: $70,800 - $83,300 (Varies depending on experience & qualifications)
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Analyze customer data to identify areas of opportunity for optimization within our digital experiences
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to improve the user experience on our digital platforms
- Assist in conversion rate optimization testing initiatives across our digital assets
- Prepare and present test results to share learnings and align on best next steps for customer experience optimization
- Manage content updates within the KFC CMS
- Work closely with the KFC development team to ensure that web and app analytics are set up to properly track guest behavior on our digital assets
- Create reports and dashboards within our analytics platform that get shared out to key stakeholders across functional groups
- Maintain and expand our Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts to ensure accurate tracking back to our advertising partners

KFC Ecommerce and Performance Marketing, Customer experience partner (Optimizely), Web analytics partner (Amplitude), Digital agency (Basic), KFC Development and Product teams
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
- Education/Certifications – Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in the Ecommerce space
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Strong analytical skills; able to identify key issues and contribute to strategic decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Preferred:
- Experience in digital conversion rate optimization through multivariate testing
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Experience working with the Google suite of ecommerce tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Big Query, etc.)
