Manager, Media & Performance Marketing

LOCATIONS: Irvine

JOB SUMMARY 

This role focuses on driving business performance through strategic planning and execution of media. Key responsibilities include media planning, in-flight optimization, post-activity analysis and evaluation, agency management, and managing third-party delivery channels. The role demands a passion for driving business outcomes, strong partnership management skills, and an analytical approach to solving business challenges. The ideal candidate should excel in digital marketing, analytics, and program management to deliver personalized and engaging content and have a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and manage the master plan and calendar of digital marketing campaigns to effectively achieve revenue objectives.
  • Work with IT, Operations, Marketing, and other interdisciplinary areas to execute strategies to ultimately drive category growth.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of marketing promotions and programs in partnership with the media agency and local marketing team.
  • Collaborate on local media strategy to support key growth markets and new restaurant openings.
  • Develop test & learn plans and ensure each campaign has clear metrics and is achieving appropriate KPIs to further business objectives.
  • Partner with third-party delivery aggregators to drive growth.

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field required.
  • 7-10 years of related experience in digital marketing, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Self-motivated team player who brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment. 
     

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $134,500.00 to $140,000.00 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
